Imaging Benchmark Terms of Use
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Welcome to Imaging Benchmark. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using our platform. We tried to keep them straightforward: use the platform honestly, do not upload information you are not allowed to share, do not misuse our content, and do not treat estimates as guarantees.
By creating an account or using Imaging Benchmark, you agree to these Terms.
What Imaging Benchmark Does
Imaging Benchmark provides informational tools, product profiles, benchmarks, estimates, and related content to help healthcare organizations, imaging centers, radiology groups, vendors, consultants, and other users better understand medical imaging products, operational assumptions, financial ranges, and potential investment considerations.
The platform is intended to support business evaluation and planning. It is not a substitute for your own professional, operational, financial, legal, clinical, reimbursement, tax, accounting, or procurement review.
Your Account
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure.
If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so or that you are using the platform in a professional capacity related to your role.
You may not share your account with unauthorized users, sell access, create fake accounts, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without permission.
Acceptable Use
You may use Imaging Benchmark for lawful internal business purposes, including product evaluation, benchmarking, investment planning, operational review, procurement preparation, and related analysis.
You may not use Imaging Benchmark to:
- copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download platform content;
- resell, redistribute, publish, or commercialize our content without written permission;
- reverse engineer our scoring, estimates, methodology, database, or platform structure;
- build a competing database, model, tool, or platform using Imaging Benchmark content;
- submit false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or unauthorized information;
- interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
- upload malware, automated scripts, or other harmful code;
- misuse the platform in a way that could harm Imaging Benchmark, its users, or third parties.
No Patient Information or PHI
Do not submit patient-identifiable information or protected health information.
This means users should not upload or enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, accession numbers, images, reports, appointment-level data, claim-level data with identifiers, or any other information that identifies or could reasonably identify a patient.
Imaging Benchmark is designed for facility-level, operational, financial, product, and benchmarking information. If you believe patient-identifiable information has been submitted by mistake, contact us promptly so we can review and remove it if appropriate.
Information You Submit
You are responsible for the information you submit to Imaging Benchmark. You agree that, to the best of your knowledge, the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
This may include facility type, modality volume, utilization, staffing assumptions, downtime, service experience, product feedback, vendor experience, reimbursement assumptions, implementation issues, or similar business and operational information.
Please do not submit confidential third-party information unless you are authorized to share it or unless Imaging Benchmark has separately agreed in writing to receive it under a specific agreement.
How Imaging Benchmark May Use Submitted Information
You allow Imaging Benchmark to use information you submit to operate, improve, and maintain the platform.
We may use submitted information to generate or improve benchmarks, product profiles, ranges, methodology, platform features, quality controls, and aggregated market insights.
When we use submitted operational, financial, product-experience, or benchmarking information outside your individual account, we will use it in an aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified manner unless you separately agree otherwise.
Product Reviews, Contributions, and Conflicts of Interest
If you submit reviews, corrections, comments, implementation experiences, product feedback, or other contributions, you agree to do so honestly.
You may not submit fake reviews, misleading reviews, paid or incentivized reviews without disclosure, reviews on behalf of someone else, or content intended to manipulate a product profile or benchmark.
If you are a vendor, manufacturer, distributor, consultant, broker, investor, or other party with a financial interest in a product, company, or transaction discussed on Imaging Benchmark, you must accurately identify that relationship when relevant.
Imaging Benchmark may review, edit, reject, anonymize, remove, or decline to publish submitted content at its discretion.
Estimates, Benchmarks, and Methodology
Imaging Benchmark may provide Initial Opportunity Ranges, Calibrated Value Ranges, KPIs, benchmarks, product profiles, scoring, evidence assessments, and related outputs.
These outputs are informational estimates only. They are based on assumptions, user inputs, available evidence, third-party sources, public information, interviews, benchmarks, and Imaging Benchmark methodology.
They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, reimbursement, scan volume, clinical performance, operational performance, vendor performance, financing outcome, or return on investment.
Actual results may differ materially based on your site, payer contracts, staffing, referral patterns, patient volume, modality mix, service terms, local market, implementation quality, vendor configuration, reimbursement rules, and other factors.
You are responsible for validating assumptions before making purchasing, financing, staffing, contracting, reimbursement, clinical, or operational decisions.
Not Professional Advice
Imaging Benchmark does not provide medical, clinical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, reimbursement, compliance, procurement, or financial advisory services.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that depend on legal, clinical, financial, reimbursement, regulatory, tax, accounting, or procurement judgment.
Imaging Benchmark Content and Intellectual Property
Imaging Benchmark owns or licenses the platform, website, product profiles, written content, benchmarks, estimates, methodology, scoring logic, database structure, design, software, names, logos, and related materials.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Imaging Benchmark for your internal business purposes.
You do not acquire ownership rights in Imaging Benchmark content, methodology, software, models, data structure, or platform materials.
Third-Party Sources and Links
Imaging Benchmark may reference third-party sources, public information, vendor materials, reimbursement information, market research, user submissions, expert interviews, or external websites.
We do not control third-party sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued relevance.
Beta and Early-Stage Features
Some Imaging Benchmark features may be new, experimental, incomplete, or in beta.
Features, estimates, product profiles, methodology, and platform design may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at our discretion.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, submitted prohibited information, misused platform content, failed to pay required fees, or used the platform in a way that could harm Imaging Benchmark, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using Imaging Benchmark at any time.
